TAT is something very important to SpooleyCo. Instant gratification kinda girl over here ha! Current TAT is 7 days. TAT does not include shipping time. This will be updated as it changes. 

I want you to be obsessed and love your SpooleyCo item but I get that sometimes items need to be exchanged. Exchanges (no returns) accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition, not washed or worn. Sale items and custom items are final sale. 

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges. Since inventory fluctuates daily,  I cannot guarantee the item you purchased will be available at the time of exchange. 

I absolutely offer custom designs! You'll start off by filling out a contact form explaining your request. I'll reply back and start the design process. Once the design process is completed and approved, you'll add the custom design listing to your cart and check out. Super easy! Can't wait to create with you!
